Pol Clementsmith

Pol Clementsmith is a lawyer and digital human rights activist. 

He was instrumental in helping to set up the ORG Scotland Office in 2015 and was appointed as the first Scotland Director. 

He is working towards taking his bar exams whilst defending clients at the coal face of the Scottish Legal System. 

His particular areas of interest are Arts. 6, 8 & 10 ECHR, including covert state surveillance and the reform of defamation laws in the digital age.
